HOUSING ARE EXPENSIVE SHITZ SIA!
yes i did know way ahead that you need to pay 5% down payment.
but never did i realise 5% was about 18k (based on 360k for a 3 room in Telok Blangah) !!!!
It’s like almost nearly 10k/person IN CASH just for the downpayment.
oh plus all the legal fees of about 3-5%and whatnots …..
How am I suppose to have in in a year’s time or so ???
and the most gek xin thing ever.
HDB is lauching 2 new Ang Mo Kio BTOs.
For those not familar with where I’m living,
my house is just down the lane of AMK Ave 10.
It is just that tiny wee bit out of the picture’s range.
Under their Married Child Priority Scheme (MCPS),
I can have higher chance (up to 4x) to get the unit.
Not to mention the location is good.
MRT (with bus access to red line/circle line/purple line), loads of buses, shopping mall, market & etc
The only thing now is no money (how are the 2 of us able to cough out god knows how much since it’s in a good location) in half a year time.
taking into account about 2 months for the ballot results to be out, after selecting 4 months signing the papers?
& le boyfriend do not like the idea of being near my parents since he dont like them and thinks they will come and disturb us if we really buy there.
what can i say,
LLST (lan lan suck thumb) lo.
pray and hope that next year or so will have a better location then this. 😦
I’m feeling like a real sense of urgency for money, for future. omgz. ==”
&&& yeah, really wish my colleauges all the best in selecting (I think) their units for this Telok Blangah BTO. woots!
It wouldn’t be surprising if they ended up as neighbours. HAH! 😀
