florrball PT yesterday was kinda okay.
as compared to last week.
thay calculated the distance. around 2.4km only.
but we did 100 pumpings, 100 crunches.
100 sets of leg raise, around 100 squats.
but is a total of two sets. so, okay la.
at least i think this is more fun la.
coz, the 2.4km is like divided into many parts.
4 sets of sprinting 300m, walk 100m.
den 4 sets of sprinting 100m.
that part was the coolest.
like last time in sports day. LOLs.
and we ended quite early.
