okay. so you think you are healthy?

WHO(who health organisation) define health as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, not merely the absence of diseases.

basic requirements for good health are:

  • adequate and balanced diet
  • physical and mental activity
  • good muscle tone and posture
  • good personal hygiene
  • good housing, sanitation and water supply

and, health consist of several approaches:

  • physical health
  • mental health
  • emotional health
  • social health
  • spritual health
  • societal health

so that means, even if you are not ill, that doesnt mean you are healthy.
let’s say you are depressed about something. so you drink and drink.
and ya, you are upset. so you are emotionally not healthy.
LOLs.okay la, im crapping. but the aboved information are correct.
coz, that is from my environmental biology notes.
i think i gotta go revise my autoCAD. if not, i think i gonna die tomorrow.
